Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

5+ years of experience in marketing roles.

Oversee day to day sales, monitoring and forecasting of RMC, Asphalt, and RCPC.

Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Manage and coach the sales team-provide motivation and inspiration
