Required Experience :

・Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
・Background in the coffee, food, or hospitality industry.
・Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Google Analytics.
・Proven ability to scale brand presence and sales in competitive markets.

・Oversee the development of brand strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities.

・Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
・Market Insight & Growth
・Analyze trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

・Digital & Traditional Marketing Excellence
・Manage integrated marketing campaigns across social media, digital ads, and traditional channels.
・Oversee content creation, SEO optimization, and e-commerce initiatives.
・Lead trade promotions, events, and partnerships with retail distributors.
・Team Leadership & Project Management
・Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve KPIs.
