Position : Jr. Finance Business Partner

Reports to : Sr. Finance Business Partner

The Jr. Finance Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s financial success by delivering timely insights, supporting strategic decision‑making, and bridging the gap between finance and business strategy. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including but not limited to retail management, business development, warehouse operations, and marketing —to align financial goals with broader organizational objectives. Through financial analysis, planning, and performance monitoring, the Finance Business Partner fosters growth, operational excellence, and informed decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models to support business planning and decision‑making.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and conduct monthly variance analysis to identify performance gaps.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes in partnership with non‑finance managers.
