Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition.
- Expertise in paid media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic DSPs.
- Strong background in A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, and ad creative performance
analysis.
Experience in affiliate marketing, CPA networks, and traffic partnerships.Proven ability to scale ad budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability.Proficiency in tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, MMPs, Meta AdsManager).
Experience in the sportsbook or sports betting industry is a plus.Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-focused with a deep understanding of DAU growthstrategies.
WORK SCHEDULE : Monday – Friday / Full work onsite set up
9 hours inclusive of 1 hr break from 8 : 00–10 : 00 AM (flexible start time) to 5 : 00–7 : 00 PM (flexible end time)
Salary Package : 70,000.00 – 80,000.00
