Job Title : Marketing Head
Location : Onsite – Annapolis, Greenhills, San Juan
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM
Position Overview :
The Marketing Head will lead the overall marketing direction of One Global Realty, driving brand growth, property visibility, and lead generation strategies across residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural portfolios. This role oversees digital, on-ground, and partnership marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with sales objectives and the company’s long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop and implement the company’s annual marketing strategy, campaigns, and budget
Lead the marketing team, ensuring proper delegation, training, and performance management
Align marketing efforts with business goals, particularly lead generation and sales conversion
Brand Development & Management
Build and strengthen the One Global Realty brand identity across digital and physical platforms
Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and communication across all channels
Manage PR, corporate communications, and brand partnerships
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Oversee social media management, digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, and content marketing
Track analytics and KPIs to measure campaign performance and ROI
Innovate with new platforms and trends for better engagement and visibility
Project Marketing & Sales Enablement
Conceptualize and execute project-specific marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales
Develop sales collaterals, digital decks, brochures, and promotional tools
Organize events, open houses, and roadshows to drive leads and broker engagement
Market Research & Insights
Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior
Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic positioning
Budget & Vendor Management
Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources
Handle relationships with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
At least 7 years of progressive experience in real estate marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience in digital marketing, project marketing, and brand building
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities
Proficient in analytics tools, CRM platforms, and digital advertising
Supporting Role : Marketing Project Coordinator
Overview :
The Marketing Project Coordinator will assist in planning and executing quarterly marketing initiatives. This role supports the Marketing Head and works closely with the Marketing Officer to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns and events.
Responsibilities :
Develop quarterly marketing plans and timelines
Execute approved marketing projects and campaigns
Coordinate with the Marketing Officer for support and logistics
Organize marketing events and activations
Create and manage project documentation and schedules
Travel as needed for marketing events and field activities
Qualifications :
Experience in real estate marketing is required
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Willing to work onsite in Annapolis, Greenhills
Comfortable with a Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM schedule
