Job Title : Content Coordinator
Overview : The Content Coordinator supports the clients content and storytelling initiatives by ensuring all published materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
This role plays a key part in maintaining and enhancing blog content and related written materials, performing daily audits, generating new posts using AI tools, and maintaining consistency and accuracy across content channels. The position partners cross-functionally with Marketing and Digital & Ecommerce teams and reports directly to the Sr. Copywriter.
Responsibilities : Daily
QA digital content for accuracy, formatting, and brand alignment.
Coordinate with Creative on new image and asset requests to support blog and promotional content.
Support Marketing in uploading and scheduling blog content.
Review existing blog content for broken links, outdated information, and errors; report and resolve issues promptly.
Use AI tools to generate and draft new blog posts and written content based on approved topics, SEO trends and insights, and brand guidelines.
Coordinate with Marketing and Digital & Ecommerce partners to ensure content aligns with ongoing campaigns and messaging priorities.
Maintain editorial accuracy and consistency in voice, tone, and formatting.
Weekly
Partner with the Sr. Copywriter to plan and prioritize new topics and content updates.
Audit published content for SEO alignment & edit for optimization (keywords, metadata, alt text).
Provide brief performance summaries (views, engagement, or error reduction) to Marketing.
Monthly
Conduct deeper content audits to identify long-term improvement opportunities.
Update and maintain the content tracker or audit database to record changes, fixes, and new posts.
Participate in cross-functional meetings with Creative and Digital & Ecommerce to align content with upcoming campaigns or launches.
Ad Hoc
Support special content projects such as seasonal campaigns, product-education pieces, or guest contributor features.
Document and update SOPs for publishing and QA workflows.
Assist the Sr. Copywriter with copy edits, formatting, or CMS uploads as needed.
Perform other duties assigned to support the Marketing and Digital & Ecommerce teams.
Qualifications :
Working knowledge of Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO, UX, and digital analytics.
Collaborative communicator comfortable working cross-functionally between creative, marketing, and operations teams.
Ability to use or learn AI content tools responsibly to support ideation and drafting.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media preferred.
1 to 3 years of experience in ecommerce, content coordination, or marketing communications.
Familiarity with HTML / CSS basics is a plus but not required.
Experience with content management tools, project management software, and asset libraries.
Performance Indicators :
Content accuracy rate (target : 98100%).
Timeliness of content audits and updates.
Number of quality of new posts generated per schedule.
Positive collaboration feedback from Marketing, Creative and Digital & Ecommerce partners.
