Sales Support Specialist role will contribute to the implementation and development of sales strategies by assisting the Head of Meridien Agency Channel and Sales Team with various tasks such as preparing requests, maintaining sales databases, coordinating logistics, and providing administrative support. Ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process and maximizing efficiency.

Provides guidance to the Sales Management Team. Works closely with the Head of Meridien Agency Channel and sales team and other Distribution departments to identify opportunities, create tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, and client appreciation events, from concept development to post-event evaluation.
• Provide administrative support and orientation to the sales team on processes, workflow workshops, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Daily dispensation and monitoring reports. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring all sales documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
• Track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the creation and customization of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
• Identify and share opportunities for growth and improvement.
