VP, Country Manager

Responsibilities :

Lead the overall business strategy, growth initiatives, and operational execution within the country.

Act as the principal representative of the company to local government bodies, partners, clients, and other stakeholders.

Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth while ensuring sustainable business practices.

Build and lead a high-performing leadership team across all key functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations).

Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Required Skills :

Country Level Experience – minimum of 10 years’ experience handling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Preferably have managed 3,000 FTEs and above

This position will be working with a leading provider of technology-enabled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.

Working Set-up : Onsite

Mondays to Fridays.
