Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management of different accounts for Recruitment and ensures that sourcing and recruitment needs of both internal and external clients are fulfilled properly and timely.
• responsible to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure that the organization has the right talent at the right time and at right cost.
• Talent Market Study – ensures that the organization is equipped with accurate information on the relevant talent markets which will allow us to make intelligent decisions and viable recommendations on talent availability
• Design, implement, and continuously enhance the process which applicants are assessed for respective roles; endure that the right tools and techniques are being used to measure require competencies.
• Deal with internal clients on their requirements, set expectations with them on the requirements and ensure feedback is given regularly.
• Provide day-to-day supervision to the Recruitment Team

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in any field
• At least 8 years of overall experience in the field of recruitment (in-house, agency, or executive), with at least 3 years of which in supervisory/management capacity is required for the position.
• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in constructive discussions with senior management and executive teams
• Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu
