E-Commerce Virtual Sales Assistant

We’re on the lookout for a Virtual Sales Assistant to enhance our customers’ online shopping experience.

Your Responsibilities : Assist customers via phone, chat, email, and SMS.

Help with product selection, order tracking, and returns.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

Maintain customer records and provide feedback for improvement.

Qualifications : 1+ year of customer service, e-commerce, or sales experience.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, and online platforms.

Sales-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced remote setting.
