Condo Cleaner

Responsibilities :

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and other areas within condos.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Disinfect high-touch areas (e.g., doorknobs, light switches, handles).
• Clean and sanitize appliances, fixtures, and furniture.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other essentials as needed.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to property management.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Follow specific cleaning protocols to meet client expectations and health regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' privacy.
• May be required to clean common areas of the building, including hallways, elevators, and lobbies.
