About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and community-minded Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll play a key role in sharing our story, educating our audience, and building strong digital relationships that reflect our mission and values.
Schedule :
Monday to Friday, flexible during business hours, eastern time
Responsibilities :
Build and manage a content calendar across multiple platforms.
Create and publish original content—videos, images, and text—that aligns with our voice and healthcare expertise.
Schedule and manage posts using social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
Monitor community engagement and actively respond to comments and DMs.
Collaborate with our team to plan campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.
Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Requirements
Qualifications
Experience managing social media accounts, ideally for a healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brand.
Proficiency in short-form video creation (TikTok, Reels) and visual storytelling.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Experience in community management—confident responding to comments and building engagement.
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
Awareness of current trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools.
Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
Experience / Interest in the medical industry.
