As the Head of Strategic Communications and Client Marketing, you’ll design and drive client communication strategies, oversee online reputation management, create powerful case studies and testimonials, and build strong client engagement initiatives. This role leads high‑impact narratives in a global outsourcing environment.

Responsibilities
Design and manage client communication programsCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, Client Experience, and Product teams to communicate updates (product enhancements, process improvements, new tools)Lead development of client case studies, including interviews, approvals, and content productionManage client reference and testimonial database to support Sales and Marketing effortsSecure and manage client consents for marketing use across owned and third‑party channelsOversee presence on review platforms (Clutch, G2, Glassdoor, Google Business) and maintain brand reputationDevelop processes to collect client reviews and respond to feedbackTrack sentiment and support online brand positioning in the outsourcing categoryQualifications
10+ years in client communications, customer marketing, or B2B content rolesExperience with global clients, preferably in outsourcing, SaaS, or tech‑enabled servicesExperience managing review site strategy, case studies, or reference programs preferredOutstanding writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skillsProject management skills across global time zonesStrong interpersonal skills for client interviews and content collaborationFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, and project management tools (Asana). Knowledge of Clutch, G2, Glassdoor is a plusDaily Tasks
