Head of Digital Marketing- Remote PH

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
• Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, webinars, and email nurture programs).
• Build and optimize lead generation funnels to consistently deliver qualified sales opportunities.
• Manage website strategy and content to maximize inbound lead capture.
• CRM & Marketing Automation (HubSpot)
• Own and optimize HubSpot CRM and marketing automation workflows.
• Drive segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture workflows to improve conversion rates.
• Implement reporting dashboards for marketing performance and ROI.
• Sales Enablement
• Partner with the sales team to deliver tools, collateral, and playbooks that accelerate deal velocity.
• Develop case studies, presentations, and competitive positioning assets.
• Equip sales with insights from marketing campaigns and buyer behavior.
• Brand & Thought Leadership
• Elevate the company\'s market presence with messaging across digital, conferences, and industry partnerships.
• Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and healthcare-specific content campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
