Schedule :  Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM Manila time, 20 hours per week

Scope

• Conduct approximately 40–50 outbound calls daily
• Work 20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours if successful
• Cover multiple time zones, including Australian, London, and US markets
• Utilize provided dialer software and CRM systems
• Participate in regular performance reviews and strategy sessions
• Focus on companies in post-feasibility study stage (for mining sector)

Requirements

Requirements : Fluency in English and Chinese, both verbal and written Strong communication skills and professional phone manner Experience in B2B appointment setting or sales (preferred) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic understanding of CRM systems and appointment scheduling software Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively Familiarity with international business etiquette (preferred) Understanding of corporate finance and advisory services (a plus)
