Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of dry utility projects from conception to completion.
- Perform detailed analyses and modeling for electrical, gas, and telecommunication systems.
- Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and cost estimates for utility projects.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of dry utilities.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and report on project status to senior management.
- Research and implement innovative solutions to improve utility system efficiency and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide training on best practices in dry utilities engineering.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.A minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and management of dry utility systems.In-depth knowledge of utility regulations, industry standards, and design practices.Proficient in design software and tools used in dry utilities engineering.Strong project management skills and an ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Professional Engineering license (PE) is preferred.
