Maintenance Supervisor

Develops and implements maintenance programs and objectives aligned with enhanced standards.

Decreases costs through proactive preventive maintenance, strategic fleet optimization, and comprehensive life cycle planning.

Analyzes equipment, machine, and plant downtime to pinpoint opportunities for reliability enhancements that minimize or eliminate disruptions.

Promotes a Safety First culture by actively involving all maintenance personnel in safety initiatives and programs.

Manages inventories of all assigned tools, supplies, and equipment.

Reviews and assesses reports from Heavy Equipment Mechanics and Millwrights.

Provides daily updates on the utilization and status of Heavy Equipment, Machines,

and the Plant.

Generates and analyzes weekly / monthly maintenance reports.

Conducts GMP audits of motorpools and other work areas, delivering reports with

actionable corrective measures to the Project Manager.

Evaluates spare parts and supplies requests prior to Purchase Request creation.

Performs regular physical inspections of Heavy Equipment units, Machines, and the

Plant to assess their status.

Collaborates proactively with the Purchasing Group regarding the status of

spare parts and other necessar supplies
