Real Estate Project Development Senior Officer (47475) - Cabuyao

Salary : 45,000 - 55,000

Required Experience :

・Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical course (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Economics, Management Engineering)

・Strong strategic thinking and data analysis capabilities

・Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to coordinate with various teams

・Proficient in Microsoft Excel, business case creation, and feasibility studies

・Excellent oral and written communication skills

・Prior experience in real estate development, construction, or project management

・Familiarity with housing regulations, permitting, or local government processes

・Experience in handling property turnover and setting up property management

・Interest or exposure to Japanese design, quality standards, or work culture

・Background in sales strategy or marketing is a plus

Responsibilities :

・Drive and manage project timelines, workstreams, and critical milestones

・Coordinate across teams (design, legal, sales, permitting, construction, etc.)

・Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis

・Develop and evaluate pricing, sales strategies, and client approvals

・Ensure timely compliance with all pre-launch and turnover requirements

・Support budget tracking, profitability analysis, and risk management

・Assist with property turnover and transition to property management
