Project Development Manager

We are looking for strategic and detail-oriented Project Development professionals with solid experience in vertical / horizontal real estate projects. As a key member of our development team, you will oversee and coordinate the planning and execution of high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use towers, ensuring alignment with design, budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of vertical projects from site evaluation, feasibility studies, and concept design to construction, turnover, and post-completion review.
• Coordinate with internal teams (planning, design, construction, finance, sales & marketing) and external consultants to align project direction with strategic objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and financial data to support product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Secure permits and clearances from government agencies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, cost control, risk mitigation, and timeline adherence.
• Support procurement processes, contractor / vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Prepare and present project briefs, business cases, and updates to senior management.
• Champion quality and innovation in high-rise development, integrating sustainability and safety best practices.
