Job descriptionManage day-to-day inventory operations to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure product availability. Analyze inventory trends and data to establish accurate reorder points and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly. Coordinate end-to-end logistics processes, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery management. Prepare, review, and maintain all documentation required for shipping, receiving, and customs compliance. Collaborate with global suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners to resolve delays and maintain smooth operations. Support order fulfillment and distribution across multiple regions and customer segments. Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies across warehouses and distribution channels. Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems and generate regular reporting for management. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and logistics efficiency. Ensure compliance with international shipping requirements, import / export regulations, and company policies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or global supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of import / export documentation, customs regulations, and relevant U.S. taxation related to international trade.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
