Stamping Leader

JOB SUMMARY

A team leader supervises a group of workers in a specific manufacturing facility. They can assign work to team members, offer suggestions and counsel to others, and make ensuring the team follows quality and safety guidelines.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a high school graduate or holder of a vocational / technical certificate
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in stamping / press operations
• Proficient in operating machinery and electric / manual lifters
• Strong knowledge of stamping machines, dies, presses, and tooling
• Basic knowledge of mold repair
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including ISO 14001 and its requirements
• Understanding of lean manufacturing practices and recognized quality control tools
• Ability to lead, train, and supervise operators
• Skilled in monitoring production output and ensuring operational efficiency
