Note : Only applicants who are interested in or willing to relocate to Misamis Oriental should apply.Responsibilities : Ensures compliance with company policies, rules and regulations in relation to financial objectives and assessments of key performance indicatorsResponsible to efficiently develop annual budgets and other short and long term financial plans and offers recommendations to enhance financial performancePerforms risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiativesMonitor business performance, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for management team, and rest of companyReviews, submits (and prepare if necessary) management reports such as, but not limited to CFO Report, GM Report, Revenue and Volume Certification, weekly volume, revenue and yield report, and all other reports for submission to corporate teamOversees Finance and Accounting group provides timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecastsTakes hands-on lead position on evaluating company controlsReview performance of the team members and coaches, develop and motivate people within the departmentReviews and ensures that company adheres to comply with tax authorities and other regulatory bodies
