Qualifications :
At least High School Graduate
Minimum of 1 year call center experience required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Telco Account
Assist customers with their mobile, broadband, or cable services, including billing questions, plan upgrades, and service troubleshooting.
Qualifications :
At least High School Graduate
Call center experience preferred, but not required
Good communication skills and basic tech knowledge
Healthcare Account
Provide support for medical insurance, claims processing, and benefits inquiries. Help members and providers with accurate and empathetic customer service.
Qualifications :
At least Senior High School Graduate
Call center experience preferred, but not required
Strong customer service and listening skills
Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
