Location : Remote (UK Hours : 9 AM - 6 PM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead the development of innovative software projects and products for a growing e-learning business. In this role, you will oversee a team of 6-7 professionals, including designers, product managers, and engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will work directly with Mohammed Rashid to manage his workflows and coordinate project requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Communicate project updates, challenges, and risks to stakeholders.
Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Identify and resolve conflicts or issues during project execution.
Optimize team workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Provide mentorship and leadership to the technical team.
Translate requirements from stakeholders into actionable plans for the development team.
Support Mohammed Rashid with workflow management, scheduling, and prioritization of tasks.

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing software projects from inception to launch.

Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to navigate complex challenges.

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Agile / Scrum practices, and project management tools.

Remote Team Management : Experience leading distributed teams effectively.

Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Language : Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Skills

Experience with e-learning platforms or similar digital products.

Background in design or engineering disciplines is a plus.

Knowledge of current project management tools and methodologies.
