Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Professional License (Passed

Board / Bar / Professional License Exam), Architecture or equivalent.

Preferably 1 Yr. Experienced Employees specializing in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.

With good analytical ability, hardworking and honest Responsibilities Will lead and oversee the planning, survey, estimation of projects from conceptualization to execution to meet the given deadline.

Coordinates with the management, concern department and construction team

Prepares drafts, blue print, and working drawings of each projects.

Interpret architectural, structural plans and drawings.

Oversee the construction team for each project

Will attend meetings and prepares documentations needed regarding the projects progress and to ensure on meeting the deadline.
