Job Description : - Collector is task to collect payments from customers as per assigned areas, help company recovers overdue credit payments. - Inform customers of their pending payments and due date- Contacts customers thru phone or letter and discuss various avenue customer to have pay their debts.- Help customers understand the terms and conditions of credit arrangement- Must be honest and fair.
