We’re looking for an Internal Recruitment Specialist who can keep our hiring engine running smoothly by owning the administrative backbone of our recruiting process while also sourcing strong candidates across a variety of roles. This role is a blend of recruiting operations, sourcing, and light candidate management .
If you’re organized, detail-driven, and love using systems like Notion and Google Sheets to bring order to chaos, this is your lane.

What You’ll Work On
Recruitment Administration
Keep all candidate data clean, organized, and updated across Notion, Google Sheets, and internal trackersManage calendars and interview scheduling across multiple time zonesPrepare interview kits, questionnaires, and briefs for hiring managersMaintain candidate pipelines and move applicants through each stage with accuracySend assessments, follow-ups, and status updatesSupport offer coordination and documentationEnsure all recruiting workflows are smooth, documented, and consistently followedCandidate Sourcing
Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and niche talent poolsBuild targeted lists based on role requirementsCraft short outbound messages that feel human and aligned with our brandPre-screen candidates for basic fit before handing off to recruiters or hiring managersStay flexible and jump into interviews when neededGeneral Support
Help standardize internal hiring systemsFlag bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvementsAssist with one-off research or operations tasks related to recruitingWhat You Bring
3–5 years of experience in recruiting support, admin recruiting, sourcing, or talent operationsStrong proficiency in Workable , Notion, and Google SheetsHigh attention to detail and comfort managing large amounts of candidate dataStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to context-switch and handle multiple open roles at onceComfortable interviewing candidates when neededFast learner with a proactive, solutions-first mindsetNice to Have
