Job descriptionDeliver product and technical presentations confidently. Provide after-sales support by coordinating project implementation with the Project Management Team. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly. Collect and act on customer feedback to improve service. Coach and mentor Pre-Sales Engineers. Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures. Consistently produce quality outputs and meet service level agreements. Maintain professional grooming and punctuality. Graduate of any four-year Business or Electrical and Mechanical Engineering course Minimum 3 years selling experience, preferably in pumps, motors, or technical products Technical knowledge of pumps and motors Strong business sense and sound judgment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective team player with strong communication skills Take initiative and drive results Communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships Are solution-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment Uphold core values in every aspect of their work
Job Purpose
Drive growth by marketing and selling advanced pumps, motors, and related products. As a Sales Engineer, you’ll engage clients, prepare winning proposals, and deliver technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Selling
- Gather market intel to support sales projections and marketing strategies.
- Call on prospective clients to promote our products and services.
- Review customer requirements like tender documents, plans, and equipment specs.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and proposals / tenders.
- Negotiate and close deals, drawing up sales contracts.
