We’re looking for a strategic and results-oriented leader to take full ownership of our collections operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, leads with data, and knows how to drive performance across internal teams and external partners.
Your Impact :
- Own the Credit Portfolio : Manage the full lifecycle of credit across individual and business clients—from early delinquency to recovery and resolution.
- Drive Strategy Execution : Lead the rollout of collection strategies across all stages, including pre-due and early delinquency. Shape communication plans and develop partner channels.
- Monitor Performance : Track daily productivity, flow rates, and delinquency trends to ensure operational targets are consistently met.
- Manage Vendor Relationships : Oversee third-party collection partners, ensuring they meet performance benchmarks and compliance standards.
- Implement Policy Frameworks : Develop and enforce collection policies that minimize outstanding balances and support sustainable credit practices.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with leaders in operations, strategy, and systems to drive innovation and alignment in collections.
What Powers This Role :
Graduate of Bachelor Science in Business Administration or related courses.Proven experience leading collections teams and managing external vendors in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Strong understanding of credit operations, recovery strategies, and regulatory compliance.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and trends.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.Experience working across diverse markets or regions is a plus.Seniority level
