We upcycle human hair waste into innovative, eco-friendly products such as oil and chemical adsorbent mats, spill kits, and gardening grow mats.

Our solutions serve industries including automotive, manufacturing, agriculture, and environmental protection.

We're on a mission to promote sustainability, circular economy, and community empowerment—one strand at a time.

The Role : We're on the lookout for a strategic and passionate CCO to lead our growth across the Philippines and beyond.

This role is ideal for someone who can shape sales, marketing, and partnerships while believing in building something from the ground up.

What You'll Do : Lead and execute the commercial roadmap (sales, marketing, partnerships, PR) Develop go-to-market strategies across retail, institutional, and B2B channels Build relationships with corporate clients, LGUs, NGOs, and international partners Guide storytelling, branding, and messaging that resonates with impact and scale Support and maintain relationships with our Distributors and Resellers Build and coach a commercial team aligned with our mission Ideal Candidate : Passionate about sustainability and the environment Experienced in sales / marketing (startup, social enterprise, or SME space preferred) Excellent communicator with a talent for building genuine relationships Strategic thinker with a doer's mindset Strong belief in sustainability, circular economy, and grassroots empowerment Based in Metro Manila or has access to commercial / partner networks in NCR Okay with remote work and occasional travel for events or pitches What's In It For You : As a growing startup, we currently offer sweat equity and / or commission-based incentives .
