Position Title : QA Manager - Travel (Cebu) | Onsite

Start Date : ASAP

Support Type : Voice

Work Setup : Fully Onsite in Cebu

Shift & Rest Days : 24 / 7 schedule

Educational Qualification : Completed second year of college or a college graduate

Work Experience :

  • 3 to 4 years of experience as a QA Manager, preferably in travel or telco voice accounts
  • Familiar with quality methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
  • Experience in direct client management
  • Limited or no experience required in retail or healthcare lines of business
