Overview The Team Manager is responsible for leading and developing a group of Team Leaders to ensure the smooth execution of operations.
This role requires a strong background in client-facing operations management, proven ability to consistently achieve KPIs, and the leadership skills to drive high-performing, data-driven teams.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Oversight : Lead, mentor, and support a group of Team Leaders, ensuring they are equipped to manage their respective teams effectively.
Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and contractual obligations.
Client Engagement : Act as a primary operations point-of-contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring transparency on performance.
Performance Management : Track, review, and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved or exceeded across all teams, using data-driven insights to guide decisions.
Process Improvement : Identify operational gaps, implement process enhancements, and drive efficiency through measurable outcomes.
Data-Driven Reporting : Analyze and interpret operational data to provide actionable insights in performance updates and reports for senior management and clients.
Team Development : Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and growth among Team Leaders and their teams, encouraging data-informed coaching and decisions.
Qualifications & Skills At least 2 years of leadership experience as a Team Lead or equivalent, with proven ability to handle and develop people.
Strong background in operations management within a client-facing environment.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and maintaining KPIs through data-driven performance management.
Proficiency in analyzing data and leveraging metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
Comfortable working with Google Sheets and other project management tools to track , analyze, and present performance data.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
Work Schedule & Setup : Must be amenable to work onsite in Cebu City .
Open to flexible working hours , including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts .
We Offer : Performance Bonus HMO coverage after 90 days.
