Restaurant Supervisor

Job descriptionSupervise and coordinate daily front-of-house and / or back-of-house restaurant operations. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance, ensuring adequate staffing at all times. Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring restaurant staff. Handle customer complaints or concerns swiftly and professionally. Oversee cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the restaurant to meet company standards. Support inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with management on menu updates, promotions, and special events. Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reporting.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and customer service best practices.
