Responsibilities
Perform internal audit function - plan, organize and carry out audits per audit plan
Review and audit processes and procedures
Review the cash receipts book, cash disbursements book and all accounting schedules
Review monthly bank reconciliation
Evaluate key risks and controls
Prepare audit reports and present audit findings
Responsible in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR reports (monthly withholding tax, quarterly income tax return, annual income tax return, VAT, BIR alphalist etc.)
Check the computation of monthly government contributions and loans
Maintains Trial Balance
Organize and maintain financial records
Assist external auditors and provides required statements and information for audit
Ensure compliance to any reportorial requirements by BIR, SEC and other government agencies
Make best practices recommendations to management
Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be graduate of BS In Accountancy
Must be Certified Public Accountant
Must have at least Five (5) years of minimum work related experience
Must be knowledgeable in tax audit, mandates and compliance.
Salary
Php36,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
