Job descriptionResearch and Identify Leads : Utilize various online platforms and tools to conduct comprehensive research and identify potential leads within our target market. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in finding the right prospects. Collect and Verify Contact Information : Gather and verify contact information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, sample work, and other relevant data points. You'll ensure the accuracy and completeness of our lead database. Email Outreach : Initiating contact with prospects by drafting and sending out email (Email or InMail outreach). Maintain and Update Lead Database : Regularly update our lead database, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date. Your meticulous data management skills will be key in maintaining the quality of our lead information. Appointment Setting : Scheduling meetings or demos for account executives to further the sales process. Efficient Data Entry : Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, following established guidelines and quality standards. You'll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our data. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing : Work closely with our sales and marketing teams, providing timely administrative support as needed. Your collaboration will help facilitate smooth lead handoffs and seamless communication. Generate Reports and Metrics : Create reports and metrics to track lead generation activities, evaluate performance against set goals, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Your analytical skills will contribute to our success. Stay Current with Industry Trends : Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in lead generation and data management. Your knowledge and expertise will help us optimize our processes and stay ahead of the competition. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. At least 3 years experience in lead generation, cold calling, email marketing and / or business / sales development role Proficiency in using CRM Software and other relevant tools for lead management (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc.) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach High level of accuracy and attention to detail, even when working under tight deadlines Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. You will be working with one of our valued clients, a software development company founded in Amsterdam.
It is not your ordinary software development company – they build AI-boosted enterprise applications using a No-Code platform. Join us and work with an innovative team based in the Philippines and the Netherlands!
This is a full-time position, office-based (Metro Cebu), and on a mid-shift schedule (3 : 00 PM-12 : 00 AM).
