RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DESCRIPTION : Acts as OIC if Store Manager is unavailable and when neededAssist Store Manager in ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Promotes sales through positive customer service effortsAssist Store Manager in ensuring that the store organized and clean and in maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Works under varying schedulesActively maintains a global brand imageAttend store meetings and assist Store Manager during store meetingsResponsible for assisting the store manager in preparing operation reportsAssist store manager in leading the team in achieving target salesInventory managementPerform other related appropriate duties and tasks as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS : Graduate of a 4-year coursePreferably with at least 1-2 years of experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or OIC in a retail / clothing storeStrong customer service and communication skillsTeam player and can handle work in a fast-paced environmentEnjoys interacting with different types of peopleFlexible in work schedule and location
