The Role

In your role as Reports Specialist on the Service and Support Team, you will be responsible for creation, maintenance, and developing reports related to the whole supply chain operations. This role will contribute to enhancing overall operational efficiency by providing timely reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the gathering, formatting, and preparation of reports related to supply chain operations, including inventory levels, cost and performance reports, Service Level Agreement (SLA) conformance reports.
  • Ensures data accuracy and consistency by closely reviewing reports for errors, inconsistencies, and conflicting information
  • Provides guidance to other team members in report creation and development.
  • Generates and organizes data reports and communicates key findings to stakeholders on behalf of the team.
  • Consolidates report with embedded report-related control before delivering data to Supervisors.
  • Prepares data reports from internal and external sources and shares key findings.
  • Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure data completeness and consistency.
  • Assists in creation and maintenance of report automation initiative that provide a real-time snapshot of supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
  • Tracks metrics related to report generation and distribution, including timeliness, accuracy, and completeness to end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external data privacy, security and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures continuous ways to improve reporting processes and enhance data capabilities and provide up-to-date reporting best practices.
  • Undertakes special assignments or tasks related to reporting as assigned by the management.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information System, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant courses.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in generating and organizing reports within a supply chain or operations environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other relevant software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise presentation of information.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to establish productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
