Job Title : AU Tax AccountantLocation : 3 SITES Available (Horton, Taguig; Libis, Quezon City; Cebu) Schedule : Hybrid (3 RTO, 2 WFH weekly) onsite for the first month for the trainingJob OverviewAnalyse financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities for the Firm’s clients.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Assists with the preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards; Prepares clear and concise work papers as evidence of work performed; Prepares management accounts; Helps identify accounting issues; Applies basic Australian tax compliance procedures; Assists with Australian tax planning for clients; Prepare Australian income tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts; Completes requisite regulatory forms; and Complies with lodgment program by meeting lodgment dates and requirements. sustained effectiveness of improved processes.Education and / or work experience requirements Essential Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major Desirable Commencement of CPA or equivalentDemonstrated Experience & Attributes Essential 3 years - above in a similar role – AU Tax Accountant with end to end experience in GST, IAS, BAS. Preferable experience with Xero Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
