Role Overview

You will be reporting to the Data Operations Team Lead and be part of the Operations Office, working closely with the key business stakeholders to advance the technical strategy of the platform, system integrations, optimizations and strategical usage of Jira ecosystem in Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions

Responsibilities

Optimize, configure, administrate and maintain our Atlassian Suite and its related workflows;

Administrate, find solutions, execute on both routine, development and ad-hoc requests;

Work on the governance, prioritization and roadmap of the developments together with the team;

Training, supporting and consulting users;

Create and maintain system and workflow documentation.

Your Profile

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or relevant studies;

Knowledge and proven experience in Atlassian products – Data Center;

Experience in Jira database structure and development and Linux, Scriptrunner & SQL;

Skilled in administrating and configuring Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo;

Creating and configuring projects in Jira (working with fields, screens, workflows);

Knowledge of Access management / Active Directory;

Create technical documentation in English.
