Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience. Expert in Adobe Illustrator, with a strong focus on vector design. Strong skills in Photoshop and InDesign. At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer; freelance experience considered with a strong portfolio showcasing vector-based sign designs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Ability to accurately read and interpret design briefs. Knowledge of signage design is a plus (ex. vehicle graphics, dimensional signage, etc.) Remote position with access to reliable internet and communication tools. Choose between two shifts : 05 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM Manila time, Tuesday to Saturday (with a 45-minute lunch / coffee break). Capable of meeting tight deadlines and occasional overtime when needed. Job Summary :
As a Graphic Designer at AstraLab.ca, you’ll work closely with our design and project management teams to create sign designs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Take task briefs from clients to understand their design needs and translate them into high-quality, production-ready sign designs.
- Develop compelling presentation slides and visual aids for sign shops.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and AstraLab’s quality standards.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal team members to achieve desired results.
- Ensure all files are well-organized and delivered on time, meeting deadlines and production schedules.
- Maintain clear and open communication with project managers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
