Job Description : BPO Trainer Senior Associate

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a BPO Trainer Senior Associate in Alabang.

Key Requirements :

Completion of a 4-year course.

Experience in team management or individual contributions.

Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years as a trainer in the BPO / shared services industry, specializing in training soft skills, effective communication, customer service, technical support, and culture.

Preferably with a background or knowledge in Tech Support.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.

Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.

Willingness to work on-site in Alabang.

Job Responsibilities :

Training Needs Analysis :

Accurately identify training needs.

Provide ongoing support on the floor to sustain learning and improve performance.

Curriculum and Course Design :

Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of course design methodologies.

Content Development :

Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of content development and adhere to appropriate methodologies.

Course Delivery :

Possess effective training techniques and methods.

Research Methodology :

Basic knowledge of research methodology and principles for ethical and effective research.

Partnering :

Collaborate closely with various functions and stakeholders.

Work effectively with client teams, ensuring cross-cultural communication.

People Management :

Build and lead cross-cultural teams.

Manage conflicts effectively.

Planning, Organizing, and Administrative Skills :

Perform administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, agent evaluation, training feedback, and utilization reporting.

Coordinate scheduling, CS domain, reports, and TIG / Facilities interactions.

Optimize available resources when scheduling training.

Ensure timely execution of training plans and delivery.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies within processes and the team.
