Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years as a trainer in the BPO / shared services industry, specializing in training soft skills, effective communication, customer service, technical support, and culture. Preferably with a background or knowledge in Tech Support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills. Willingness to work in a shifting schedule. Willingness to work on-site in Alabang. Accurately identify training needs. Provide ongoing support on the floor to sustain learning and improve performance. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of course design methodologies. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of content development and adhere to appropriate methodologies. Possess effective training techniques and methods. Basic knowledge of research methodology and principles for ethical and effective research. Collaborate closely with various functions and stakeholders. Work effectively with client teams, ensuring cross-cultural communication. Build and lead cross-cultural teams. Manage conflicts effectively. Perform administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, agent evaluation, training feedback, and utilization reporting. Coordinate scheduling, CS domain, reports, and TIG / Facilities interactions. Optimize available resources when scheduling training. Ensure timely execution of training plans and delivery. Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies within processes and the team.
