Work Responsibilities

As a project manager for Lamont Bros., your job is to assist in the design of projects, estimate their costs, build the schedule and oversee the logistical side of remodeling projects while in production. Because you'll be managing several projects at once, you'll work closely with our remodeling superintendents , each of whom manages the day-to-day operations at one jobsite.

Required Skills & Experience

As a residential remodeling firm, Lamont Bros. provides a wide range of renovation services. A project manager can expect to work on kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, additions, ADUs, and whole-home renovations. In this role, you'll be expected to balance work on multiple projects in an organized, efficient manner.

To succeed as a project manager for Lamont Bros., you'll need excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of construction best practices, and strong organizational habits.
