This is a remote position.
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Junior HR Admin Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people, strong administrative skills, and a proactive approach to HR support. You will be responsible for assisting in contractor onboarding and offboarding, managing HRIS data, supporting performance and engagement initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Enroll contractors and update contractor details in the HRIS with accuracy and timeliness.
Validate medical certificates and power / internet disruption reports.
Respond to HR-related inquiries and consult with line managers when appropriate.
Accurately process Independent Contractor Agreements via Docusign.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of assigned HR administrative tasks.
Work closely with management and contractors to foster positive work relationships and promote morale, productivity, and retention.
Assist in evaluating and monitoring performance management programs.
Prepare HR-related reports for management use.
Participate in the creation of HR policies and analyze trends and metrics to develop proactive HR solutions.
Support employee engagement activities such as Week-in-Work (WIW) programs, project monitoring, and other initiatives.
Perform other related HR duties as required.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in an HR administrative role.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Positive, service-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor.
