Our client, National Car Parks Limited (NCP), is a trailblazer in the parking services industry. NCP manages over 500 car parks in various locations, from towns and city centers to airports and railway stations. Be part of our client's team as a Cash Posting Specialist, where you will :

Work closely with the Cash team to ensure timely and accurate posting of cash transactions into the general ledger.
Perform daily bank reconciliations and report progress to the Cash Manager.
Resolve complex issues raised by non-Finance teams promptly.
Implement process improvements to reduce manual work within the cash team.
Maintain good relationships with senior team members in other departments.
Reconcile daily bank statements with the general ledger.
Handle ad hoc duties as required.
Adhere to quality, health and safety, and environmental management systems.

Here's an overview of your role :

Employment type : Full time

Shift : Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 12 AM (PH time)

Work setup : Onsite, SFS, Ortigas

What do you need to succeed?

Technical Skills

Good knowledge of cash accounting and bank reconciliation processes, with at least two years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience using Oracle is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional time management skills.

Thoroughness, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Experience

Supervisory or management experience.

At least two years of experience in bank reconciliations.

Bookkeeping qualification is preferred.

Qualifications / Experience

Part qualified / Studier ACCA / CIMA / ACA.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a management accountant, analyst, or similar role.
