We are looking for an Area Operations Manager to help manage our Last Mile Operations in Quezon Province and Marinduque area! About the unit : Last Mile Unit focuses on the final stage of delivery, where goods get from a distribution center directly to the customer's doorstep - ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the end customer. This Unit also tackles challenges like efficient routing in dense areas, on-time deliveries, and customer satisfaction. Job Description : The Area Manager shall support the on-ground project management for fleet and launching expansion ensuring sufficient resources and operability within the set target timeline.The Area Manager shall also manage the hub operations within assigned areas by meeting the desired hub health and promptly resolving operational gaps and ensure all hubs are aligned and compliant with the company protocols, strategies and directives.Strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule. Qualifications : Degree in Business, Operations Management or related fieldExperience in Logistics or Ecommerce industry is preferred.Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience Skills : Proven work experience as Area / Operations Manager or similar roleKnowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.Experience budgeting and forecastingFamiliarity with business and financial principlesCash and Resource management skillsGeographical knowledge or familiarity of the assigned regionWith Data and Metrics Interpretation skillAbove average proficiency in MS Excel, Google SheetsExcellent in data processing and analysisCan build rapport with riders, drivers, station officers / heads and mid-level managers.Willing to travel and must be willing to cover Quezon Province and Marinduque area.Why Ninja Van Philippines?
