What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and client-focused Salesforce Business Analyst to join our remote team. You'll play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical execution—translating complex challenges into streamlined, actionable solutions.
Ideal candidates will take full ownership of driving clarity for clients by breaking down intricate requirements into clear processes and presenting them through compelling visual documentation like decks, swimlane diagrams, and user journey storyboards.
This is a remote position, with a strong preference for candidates from anywhere, and requires a minimum of 4 hours of daily overlap with Hawaii / Chicago time zones .
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering
Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their processes, pain points, and goals. Translate insights into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
Solution Design & Documentation
Create detailed specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Partner with Salesforce Architects and Developers to design effective solutions.
Process Visualization
Build visual documentation (e.g., swimlane diagrams, flowcharts, storyboards) to illustrate current / future states and align stakeholders.
Client Communication
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Present findings and solutions clearly and confidently to clients.
Salesforce Configuration Support
Guide clients on Salesforce best practices. Perform hands-on configuration when needed (custom objects, workflows, reports, etc.).
Testing & Quality Assurance
Work with QA teams to develop test plans, verify business requirements, and ensure solution integrity pre-deployment.
Training & Change Management
Support rollout through training materials and user documentation to ensure smooth adoption.
Backlog & Project Alignment
Collaborate with Project Managers to manage and prioritize product backlogs aligned with project timelines and goals.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce CRM projects (implementation or managed services).
Strong experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
Proven ability to create clear visual documentation (swimlane diagrams, user journeys, process maps).
Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities and core functionalities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Client-facing experience : leading workshops, gathering requirements, and delivering presentations.
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar.
Based in Latin America with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with Hawaii / Chicago time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201); additional Salesforce certs are a strong plus.
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies in Salesforce environments.
Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools.
Prior consulting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
