The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, staff, and workflows. The role involves supervising warehouse personnel, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing space utilization and logistics processes.Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and policies.2. Inventory Management
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all inventory transactions.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain proper inventory levels to meet operational requirements.3. Team Leadership
• Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to perform at optimal levels.
• Assign tasks and manage schedules for warehouse employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.4. Health, Safety, and Compliance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (e.g., DOLE standards in the Philippines).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Investigate and report any incidents or accidents.5. Logistics Coordination
• Work closely with suppliers, transporters, and other departments to manage the flow of goods.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience
