Job Description :

The Shopify Expert will take ownership of the entire e-commerce experience on our Shopify platform. This generalist role will involve website management, design adjustments, store optimization, and ensuring a seamless, customer-centric online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Shopify Store Management : Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand.
Design & Customization : Customize Shopify themes, layout, and product pages to enhance the customer experience.
Performance Optimization : Monitor store performance, implement improvements for speed, conversion rates, and mobile optimization.
App Integration : Integrate third-party apps and tools to improve functionality (e.g., email marketing, shipping, and analytics).
SEO & Digital Marketing Support : Implement SEO best practices to optimize product listings and support digital marketing efforts.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance : Resolve technical issues, ensure regular store maintenance, and manage updates.
Analytics & Reporting : Track key metrics, provide insights on performance, and recommend strategies for improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores.

Familiarity with Shopify’s features, themes, and apps.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Shopify’s Liquid language.

Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and SEO.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
