RemoteVA PH is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architecture Manager Assistant to support an architecture manager in daily administrative and project-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience , be proficient in CAD, Excel, and ClickUp , and possess strong knowledge of USA architectural structures . If you are fluent in English and excel at managing emails, task coordination, and architectural support, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
Email Management – Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the manager
Task Coordination – Open, track, and manage tasks in ClickUp , ensuring timely completion
Architectural Support – Assist in reviewing, organizing, and managing CAD drawings
Project Documentation – Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for project tracking
USA Structure Knowledge – Understand and apply USA architectural concepts when handling communications and tasks
Client & Team Coordination – Facilitate smooth communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in architecture or construction
- Strong knowledge of USA architectural structures and industry standards
- Fluent in English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions
- Proficiency in CAD software, Excel, and ClickUp
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
