JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support the company’s financial health. You will work closely with the accounting team and other stakeholders to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Financial Record Maintenance :

Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial activities.

Bank and Account Reconciliation :

Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.

Identify discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.

Expense and Budget Tracking :

Monitor company expenses and ensure they are within the approved budget.

Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.

Payroll Support :

Process payroll transactions and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Maintain records of employee compensation and benefits.

Tax Preparation :

Assist in preparing and filing tax returns.

Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

Reporting :

Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Provide data analysis to support business decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role.

Experience with international financial systems is a plus.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.

Familiarity with payroll systems and tax preparation processes.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.

Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
